Comments: An anti-establishment, teenaged girl writes Anton Vincent, an ex-British, longtime Caribbean dictator, as a school assignment. Tatiana and Anton begin a written correspondence. When Anton's palace is overrun, he escapes to Georgia to hide-out at Tatiana's house in the suburbs! He requests Tatiana's help to recapture the capitol. He encourages Tatiana to depose the slutty girls who rule the school.

This unusual film is gross in a new way; however, it makes up for the deficiency with clever humor and witty remarks. I especially enjoyed the funny how-to-incite-revolution skit using Barbie dolls. Ah, the irony! Filmed in Savannah, Georgia.
