Comments: The year is 1997. Individuals struggle to survive in a world ruined by nuclear war. Fresh water is precious. A teenaged guy is living on his own. He's infatuated with Turbo Rider, a comic book character. Then, he meets a girl his age. Apple spooks him; however, she attaches a wrist band to him and soon tracks him down. They get along, and then she's taken by Zeus' henchman!
I enjoyed this homage to '80s post-apocalyptic films. It's engaging and fun. There's a reference to Soylent Green. Tubi has it!
