Comments: A young couple are looking for a house to buy. They visit an office where a creepy man, Martin, convinces them to look at a perfect home in a development named Yonder. They follow the man to an equally odd house. Martin disappears, and they run out of fuel trying to drive out of the development. The next day a baby boy arrives inside a box with a note: "raise the child and you will be released."
This unusual film is well done. It has a "feel" similar to a David Lynch production. The acting is just right, and the plot moves along. Creepy!
