Comments: A long-term law student, Fumiya, is in debt. The debt collector, Aiichiro, makes Fumiya a proposal: walk anywhere with him in Tokyo for however long he wants, and Aiichiro will pay him ¥1,000,000. The surprised student accepts the job that would more than pay his debt. Aiichiro turns out to be a complicated fellow. Also, Fumiya learns about himself. Along the way, they meet many odd characters.
This quirky Japanese film is engaging and funny. There is quite a bit of dark humor and references to the 1980s, or maybe that's just the modern Japanese? There's a scene after the credits. Recommended if you enjoy Japanese film.
