Comments: After destroying a mage, or a sorcerer, bent on taking his empire, King Arthur's parents are killed by his brother. His son, Arthur, barely escapes as a child. He's raised in a brothel in London. However when he's tries to remove Excalibur from a stone, his evil uncle begins to worry.

This is a pretty typical Guy Ritchie film. Lots of action, over-the-top effects, and unusual camera angles. The film does a good job linking many of the King Arthur legends into one story, which is new to me. There are some decent landscape shots of Scotland, too.
