Comments: A Polish immigrant is just about to graduate from Cornell University with a degree in veterinary medicine. Suddenly, his parents are both killed in a car crash and he finds himself homeless. He jumps a train, which turns out to be used by a traveling circus. With no other prospects, he takes a position for the ruthless circus man.

This film is based on a novel. No doubt the novel is more interesting because this film could have stood a lot more editing. It's downright dull. The acting isn't great but the photography is OK. Maybe the best part is the period costume, music, and sets.
