Comments: A young man is distraught and stands on a hotel ledge in New York City. A traffic cop tries to talk him down. Evidently, this is based on a true story. At the time it may have had an impact: divorced parents, a bad relationship, and the feeling of helplessness. Today, it's almost laughably boring. A good reminder that they made dumb movies in the '50s, too.
