Comments: A cop who kills suspects who are untouchable is caught in an intricate web of power between the LA police department and Internal Affairs. I was unexpectedly impressed by this film. The plot isn't predictable and the violence isn't over-the-top. This is a graphic film, however, I feel it is mostly appropriate; thus the "four" rating.
