Comments: A man is tried for killing a bartender who, he claimed, raped his wife. The bulk of the movie is set in the courtroom. Normally I hate court and law movies because the lawyers are devious and the witnesses blatantly lie. This movie is not like that. It's funny at parts and very serious at others. I really enjoyed this classic.
