Comments: The premise of this movie is interesting and the plot is well executed. Unlike many movies involving snipers, this movie is not gory. The message of the movie is strong and the acting fair, even though the movie has a strong 'B movie' feel. But like Godzilla, another contemporary 'B movie,' this movie is worth the time to watch, if for nothing else, than the quality entertainment value.
