Comments: The owner of a rich housing development sprays the ground with a green chemical. He wants to have a playable golf course in the winter. The chemical does indeed create turf; however, it also leaches into the water system. Residents start attacking one another and their eye color changes to green. A security guard, who is a survivalist, and a suburban boy are left unaffected and join forces to escape the island development.

This zombie film is set and filmed in Quebec. I enjoyed the funny dialogue! The zombies have green blood. The movie is dubbed in English.
