Comments: Cady's parents are killed in a head-on collision with a snow plow. She survives the crash and goes to live with her aunt. Aunt Gemma doesn't know the first thing about raising a child, as she has no children of her own. Gemma does want to help Cady, so upon learning that Cady likes robots, Gemma--who's a robotics engineer--assigns her latest learning robot to Cady. Cady quickly befriends M3gan. M3gan is devoted to her.

This horror is vey enjoyable and plausible. It never bores you and the acting is mostly very good. It poses the question about where Artificial Intelligence (AI) fits in our everyday lives, if at all. There's the added complication of Cady's reaction to her parents' sudden and tragic deaths. What makes this film so horrific is the realism. Such an episode could potentially happen in the near future! Highly recommended.
