Comments: A couple have to leave their apartment in New York City. His real estate friend finds what appears to be a bargain: a large house where the surviving owner has to vacate and is selling at a fifth of the estimated value. The couple jumps at the deal only to discover that the house needs everything to be repaired.

This is a fun, lighthearted comedy. Tom Hanks is excellent! The incidental characters are silly clichés. Recommended!
