In 2028, the U.S. federal government is gone and chaos has ensued. Food is a problem. A man's wife is missing. The next day he loses his job and his apartment. The police show up to transport him to the processing facility.

This post-apocalyptic independent film is based on a short story and an essay. It's really not bad for such a low budget. I like the classical soundtrack and the silly dialogue. The photography is creative and also quite good. Filmed in greater Chicago. Not to be confused with The 13th Warrior.
