Comments: A man enters a Catholic confessional in an Irish church. He tells the attending priest that he was raped by another priest every other day for five years beginning when he was aged seven years. He closes the session by telling the priest that he will kill him next Sunday! His motive is not one of revenge but one of creating shock "by killing a good priest". Meanwhile, life continues in the odd, little Irish village.

There are a number of well-known Irish actors in this powerful film. It is beautifully shot and acted. The dialogue is hilarious, and the characters are unique and very odd! It's really something to see. I didn't think that I'd enjoy a film about a Catholic priest confronting the atrocities commited by his fellows. Recommended!
