Comments: A man's teenaged daughter is killed in a bombing of a nearby bank in London. A group calling itself the "Authentic IRA"claims responsibility. Mr. Quan is very upset by the death of Fan, his only remaining family member. When he can't get any help from law enforcement or the government, he takes matters into his own hands by going after the man he thinks is a boss in the IRA. Mr. Quan knows a lot about explosives for a restaurant owner.

I enjoyed this action film. It has more substance than the usual one. The characters seem more realistic. The soundtrack is distinctive and enjoyable. Several Chinese studios produced this film and did a good job of it. It's based on a novel. Recommended.
