Comments: A guy is part of a protest group. He lives with a select group of individuals behind concrete walls. Sometime in the past, the soil had been contaminated and only about 5% of the population could be supported by the remaining arable land. He plans to vote for those left outside the walls. When his train crashes outside the walls, stranding him; will he change his mind?

This independent, low-budget flick is available on Tubi. It's pretty good for what it is. It's set in a near future world. I like the mobile phone with a hologram. Filmed in Canada.
