Comments: I believe this work is the first movie of Frankenstein. I really like the warning introduction before the feature begins, which was adapted from a play. I listened to the novel, and this film is as close as could be expected. However, it's not a completely true representation of the novel. Boris Karloff is very convincing as a being of spare parts brought to life by a scientist. All other films, which I can recall involving Frankenstein's monster, draw from this film.
