Comments: A rich woman living in a large house in New Jersey notices a man in a TV advertisment for a Palm Springs retirement resort. She calls someone to take him out. The man is named Duke Diver, and he runs Villa Capri. Everybody loves him and how he runs the place. Then, Leo buys a villa with cash and begins to rival Duke's charm.

This cute Christmas film brings some warmth to the cold winter season. It's not the usual Christmas story. I enjoyed it--mostly because the acting is very good.
