Comments: "The waters have risen," and some years later people are paying to re-live memories of better times. They visit businesses employing a water tank and electronics to revisit their past. One such business is run by two war veterans, a man and a woman. Then, an attractive woman walks in asking to remember where she left her keys. Mae disappears, and he becomes infatuated with her, by re-living his memories of her. During an unrelated consultation for a police investigation, he sees her in the memory of the suspect.

This mystery film is set in a near-future world where the coastal cities of the United States are flooded. Miami is a sauna due to the excessive water in the daytime, which is a clever detail. The flooded shots of Miami and New Orleans are impressive. The plot is a bit complicated and not especially unique, but enjoyable.
