Comments: Global warming has forced a launch to establish a colony on a new planet. The snag is that the journey will take 86 years. Babies are bio-engineered to make the trip, with the third generation planned to see the arrival. A lone adult is included in the crew to protect them. Then, two young men discover that the young adults are being drugged to inhibit normal behavior. They refuse to take the drug, and the ship looks to be on the verge of chaos. A mysterious alien living outside the ship appears to kill the adult.

This film closely follows Lord of the Flies. Instead of being set on a tropical island, the spaceship serves as the prison. The technical details are interesting; however, it's difficult to see past the classic plot.
