Comments: On another world in the future, men are living a primitive life. Todd has a special ability. He can create illusions with his thoughts by controlling his Noise. A characteristic of the planet is that others can see other's thoughts, their Noise. When the Second Wave of Settlers crashes, the sole survivor is a young woman. The mayor wants the orbiting spaceship, from which she arrived, to control the planet.

This action film is aimed at young adults. The effects for the Noise is clever. It adds to the story, which is based on a novel.
