Comments: A reporter interviews members of the public in a cocktail bar in New York. Do they believe in universal draft, i.e. government selecting individuals for all aspects of life. A weather forecaster--a foreigner--sums up their comments. Suddenly, the enemy, wearing American uniforms, invades the Northwest in great numbers. Atomic weapons are used against U.S. targets. The people in the bar watch the television in horror.

This film is in the public domain so you can see it on YouTube. There is an impressive amount of war footage. Edward G. Robinson has a small but significant part. The ending has a twist. Recommended.
