He says that his family is going into their panic room and told her to come over as quickly as possible. Then, she thinks she sees the deceased motorist move! It's confirmed when her father accidently kills a pedestrian, and he comes back to life near a graveyard!

This zombie film is not bad. The new aspect is that the zombies kill and drag away their victims.
