Comments: The writer Alan A. Milne returns from fighting The Great War. He is suffering from shell shock and vows to promote peace. His estranged wife bears him a son with the idea that it would unite them. Instead, she leaves, and Mr Milne is left with the boy. They develop a strong relationship, from which grows Winnie-the-Pooh. But at what cost?

This film is well shot and acted. It brings to life the real individuals behind the loved children's story. Also, it shows what fame can do to a person. The movie was filmed in England and is well worth seeing.
