Comments: The world ended some time ago. The remaining people scrounge for food while wandering from place to place. Glen is more intelligent than most and wonders about things. Then, an older guy rolls up on a trike towing a small camper. They don't know what to think about this "magician". Glen and Randa learn that he remembers the end of the world. Still, Glen focuses on learning the way to the city. The magician gives in and provides Glen with a road map of Idaho, pointing out the freeway heading south. When their cans of food run out, they learn to survive.

This film is unusual. The scenes are picturesque. Some may have trouble watching the fishing scenes.
