Comments: "Power enabled" individuals were first welcomed. Now, they are shunned. They cannot find work so they give spinal fluid that is refined into a drug. The police are hunting them. Other individuals work underground or turn to crime.

This is another film readying the public for militarized police using UAVs to locate and arrest individuals of interest. (The excuse in the story is drug trafficking.) I wonder if there is any other reason for this film. It is so boring!
