Comments: Someone has been abducting young women and killing them. The police finally get a break and arrest someone. Meanwhile, an older man and a young woman are enticing and punishing men. The police enlist this duo's help. When the police are targeted for retribution for the before-mentioned arrest; they begin to wonder if there's an accomplice. How can an individual in custody act outside the police station?

This police drama is a bit gruesome at parts. The story is alright. I liked how I incorrectly predicted the outcome. I didn't like the SWAT going into a private residence without presenting a warrant. (That seems to be commonplace in film.) This film suffers from the weight of contemporary pressures. It could have tried to be more timeless.
