Comments: An university swimmer is concerned about her father as a hurricane bears down on Florida. She heads into southern Central Florida looking for him. What she finds is reptiles taking advantage of the hurricane! Yes, they both wind up trapped in a tall crawl space as the water rises. The nearby lake is also threatening its levees. Can they survive, especially since most people have headed north?

This film employs the typical disaster/monster plot. I must admit that the computer-graphical alligators look very realistic! Ms. Scodelario has the American college-girl behavior down well. That's impressive for a British individual. Also, she spent most of the movie crawling around, which is a good thing! Curiously, this movie was shot in Serbia. I guess Florida has become too expensive for filming. It's good to see Barry Pepper back on the silver screen, also. This film presents a very good adventure. Recommended to those who enjoy such films!
