Comments: A preacher and his wife nearly die in the desert. Fortunately, some folks from the nearby town of San Melas rescue them. Their small town is being terrorized by a lone gunslinger. Attention switches to a young, mute woman who seems to have mysterious powers and an interest in the good reverend.

I knew this film was going to be a good when it opens with Yvette Mimieux standing in a sheer gown watching a church burn! It's a simple Western with an occult aspect. The final scene is fairly clever. This TV movie ia available on YouTube.
