Comments: An attractive woman has fallen into the life of a club hostess. She's not proud of it. So when her younger sister arrives from college, she tries to disguise the fact. Meanwhile, the club changes hands. Now, a ruthless Mob-affiliated individual has control. He rules with an iron fist, as the girls soon learn. Still, our heroine worries about her younger sister.

As seems to be common with this age of film, New York City is the focus. Sometimes I wonder if we have changed at all since then. At least, the terrible is presented in this film! That said, all three players are excellent. Ignoring the storyline, it probably was a risk to make this film. Well done!
