Comments: A man is heading toward Mexico. He's saved from being robbed by a priest, by his dog. He heads into Denton, or "Valley of Violence", to obtain supplies. There, a guy threatens him, so he settles the argument by knocking out the hothead. That night the guy and his friends go against the orders of the marshal and kill the dog and attempt to murder the man. He survives and plans his vengeance.

This is a dark Western. It's oddly filmed, also. On a positive note, the dog is well trained, and the acting is decent. The film set seemed very familiar. That's because it was also used in 3:10 to Yuma.
