Comments: In the late twenty-first century a police officer is seen as a liability. Most believe him to be a far cry from his great grandfather, who developed a master computer to solve crime. Unlike his ancestor, he believes that only people can solve crime and is pulled back in time along with his latest suspect. He meets his great grandfather, but can they capture the criminal?

This '80s film is dated. The visual effects are simple. But the plot and characters make up for the hokeyness.
