Comments: A virus infected much of the population of Europe. Ireland, in particular, was hard hit. Fortunately, a cure was found and 75% of the infected recovered their sanity, albeit maintaining the memory of what they did whilst zombies. They are now being reintegrated into the never-infected public. Understandably, the public is not keen on the idea, despite the United Nations mandate. Two of The Cured return to normal life in different ways. Will the public tolerate them?

This Irish film focuses on the rights of those cured of the "disease". Is this an activist zombie film, you may ask? I think it's about as close as this genre will approach it! Still, the film presents reasonable questions and potential answers. Filmed in melancholic Northern Ireland.
