Comments: Aliens have arrived and occupy the earth. The governments and police capitulate and report to these invaders called Legislatures. The alien power centers around closed zones in the center of large cities. Communications are controlled by the aliens. Mobile devices are confiscated, and the data uploaded to the alien data banks. The bodies of humans are implanted with surveillance devices, "bugs". Nine years later, a small group of humans continue to resist and plan a large strike against the aliens in central Chicago.

This end-of-the-world film is enjoyable, if a bit too long. There are plenty of surveillance technologies, which are just now entering everyday life, fully utilized. The characters aren't particularly well defined, and the plot meanders along. Perhaps these are lost to the insatiable desire to cause disruption? I feel this film could have been much better if political ideas had been set aside.
