Meanwhile, an expermental physician reports his daughter missing. Then, one day, a dead, young woman is found by the police in the river. Despite the corpse missing a face, he recognizes the body as his daughter. It's rather mysterious, if I might observe, especially since another father is also in attendance at the morgue. Later, we learn that the wife of this doctor has recently died. The doctor's nurse reluctantly invites a young women to the doctor's house.
This French film is creepy. It takes a bit to get into, but after that is enjoyable. It is based on a novel. |
