This new captain tries a different technique. Meanwhile, he falls in love with a club singer. But will the fact that her brother has just arrived at San Quentin change their relationship?

This is a pleasant film about the famous penitentiary. There's a a speeded-up car chase, too. It's well worth watching this short prison film.
