Comments: A cattleman's only hope is to make his drive across the open range. That is working well until the range is blocked by a land grubber. Confronted with the challenge, the cattleman promises future payment and secures it with two stallions and his trusted cattleman. The trouble springs from the land grubber's greed, upon the cattleman's return.

I used to think of John Cusack as the definition of suburban resistance. Now, I know that he could also be the figure for the rest of America. OK, he's really only hope, because country America is all set, right?

This film is OK. It waxes over parts of history to make the film memorable. It doesn't do a great job, as is common in this time period. Still, I say give it a try.
