Comments: Blackjack Britton and his gang rob a bank in Sweetwater. A farm boy has joined the gang as a lookout. He's obessed with dime novels and wants to be like the heroes of the stories. When a prostitute in one of his novels dies in his arms during the bank job, he begins to question his choice. The gang makes its escape and finds a verdant valley containing a town named Refuge. The residents of this town seem familiar to the farm boy, but he can't place them. Could the confusion be caused by the utter lack of guns in the town?

This TV movie is enjoyable and exciting. I like the idea, and how it was executed. The cast is full of many lesser known, but famous actors. Recommended.
