Comments: The former prison is, now, run by the inmates. Death races have been outlawed. Fortunately, for the blood-thirsty public (outside the prison), the events are broadcast on the "dark web". The government has commissioned the prison "management" to eliminate Frankenstein, the symbol of the new walled city to be rid of the death races.

Like the previous film, Death Race 3: Inferno, this movie is centered on action and little else. Not much is changed, except the cast. Slow motion and the opposite are used far too frequently.
