Comments: The film opens with a man dying aboard a ship in the Pacific. A true friend stays with him till the end, and then instigates a mutiny to take the boat back to the west coast. There, he and a couple of loyal friends head to the deceased man's ranch in Wyoming. The main character vowed to take care of the ranch and the widow. But when the man falls in love with the widow, people begin to wonder if his motives are true.

This TNT film is quite good. It's beautifully shot and based on a novel. It runs like a classic Western: good recognizes a wrong and aims to correct it. The Irishman is funny. Recommended.
