Comments: A lonely, old rancher is being evicted from his Texan ranch. He took a risky loan, and it didn't work out. At the same time, his grandson decides to visit him from New York City. Unwilling to trade his ranch for a trailer, in an old folk's park; they drive to Mexico. Along the way, they pick up a couple of hitchhikers. This event triggers something that they may not be able to deal with.

This modern Western is set in West Texas and Mexico. Like any good Western, it explores a character and how he grows during the film. It, also, tries to capture the spirit of old Mexico. Recommended.
