Comments: A naval contractor creates a hybrid of a shark and octopus. They control it with a remote control that sends electrical impulses into the fish's brain. Well, they could control it, S11, until an impromptu test destroys the remote control. S11 is, then, on the loose and heading south to Mexico, after killing a few in Santa Monica, California.

This Roger Corman film uses the same footage as Dinoshark. Though, this one seems not as cheaply made. Mr. Corman has a small part. The film is so bad that it's good. It's, also, hilarious at times. Bikinis, the beach, and a homicidal monster: how can't this be a fun piece of escapism? Also, Shandi Finnessey, Miss USA 2004, looks fantastic!
