Comments: A Norwegian researcher develops a procedure to permanently shrink people to a fraction of their normal size. People see it as a way to get rich quickly, since money will buy a lot of small goods. The main character and his wife decide to "downsize". When she gets cold feet after he has been miniaturized, how will he do as a "small person"?

This odd film presents a clever idea. The problem is that the film is so drawn out and lacks direction. It just wanders around aimlessly for much of the two hours. Also, the climate change argument is always present. This makes the film not very entertaining. The shots of Norway are pleasant, though.
