Comments: The widower of six children loses his ships and his cargo. The family is forced to leave the city and survive in the countryside. One ship is recovered so he feels there is a way out of their pseudo-poverty. His daughters respond by asking for things to look good upon their return to the city. Well, except his youngest daughter, Belle, who asks for only a rose. While retrieving these items, he happens upon an abandoned castle and makes a promise.

The story is classic and it's, once again, French. Except for being dubbed in English. Good story with proper use of visual effects.
