Comments: The world has been taken over by zombies. In a rural New York government laboratory one man is found to be, seemingly, resistant to "turning", after being injected with an experimental vaccine. With the fate of the world hanging in the balance, this man is being escorted to California, where a serum may be produced from his blood. "Citizen Z" guides the group from his snowy, northern NSA outpost.

This is a typical SyFy program: over-the-top, gory, and chocked full of clichéd characters. It's strangely interesting, though, as it's watched. "I give you mercy."
