Comments: After some future holocaust, zombies prey upon the few remaining people. This obvious state of fear admits the audience into the world of two men and a young child. They escape an ambush but lose a woman most dear to them. Flash forward nearly a decade and the story begins. But has the undead threat diminished?

This film is a decent character study. The scenery is much like The Road. The new item in this zombie film is the evolution of the undead.

I loved the snowbound world of this potential tomorrow. Recommended.
