Comments: A Nazi fleet enters the fjord to Oslo. The Prime Minister and his cabinet continue to foster negotiations for peace. Meanwhile, the Norwegian king and his family wait and watch to see what happens. The king would like to take over, but he supports the Norwegian people and their elected government. One thing is for sure: he will not allow them to surrender Norway to the Germans.
This Norwegian film describes the struggles endured by the royal family during the Nazi invasion. I like the original footage at the beginning. The sinking of the Nazi cruiser in Oslofjord by the Norwegian gun battery and torpedoes makes an impressive scene.
