Comments: Due to a dramatically sudden growth in population, Genetically-Modified Organism (GMO)-based crops are widely adopted. A result is that the number of children born during each pregnancy increases from one or two to several. The government further reacts by mandating a one-child policy. The Child Allocation Act allows the G-men to take away all offspring born after the first. So what will a well-connected man do when his wife bears septuplets?
This film is slow at parts; however, the idea is sound and clever. There are plenty of action scenes. Worth watching, if it's available free of charge.
