Then, he sets out to make a fortune and regain his birthright, his father's title.
This adventure is based on a novel. It's exciting and even has a bit of a romantic plot. This film has aged well. One wouldn't know it was released in the early '40s. Also, Gene Tierney is breathtaking as a Polynesian beauty. Recommended!
